Training Strategies Director

Nikko provides programmatic and administrative support essential to the Movement and Capacity Building Department’s efficiency and effectiveness and the organization’s work towards racial justice. Over the years, he has worked with social justice organizations involved in education development, food and hunger justice, and disaster relief. He is passionate about volunteerism and activism almost as much as he is about great poetry and fiction novels.
While he has a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Nikko did his master’s in International Development and Economics at Fordham University to equip himself with the skills necessary to be an effective development worker. He loves data and statistics although he doesn’t like Math all that much.
In his free time he enjoys taking photos of people, dogs, and trees, while eating pastries and ice cream around the city. Nikko lives in the Bronx, where it’s seldom quiet and never boring.
